Content Themes:
Connection: OAW plays the role of connector between businesses and top talent. We do the heavy lifting and vettting and only include top candidates in our virtual recruiting events. 
High Value Interactions:  Sometimes you finish a virtual meeting and feel like you don’t know the person you were just talking to. Not so with our VREs which are designed to help companies and talent get a very good feel for each other, empowering them to assess the right “fit.”
Curated prospects: We don’t just invite all applicants to every VRE. We take our clients business goals into consideration and invite the best fits for the strategic direction the company is taking.
